The house has two levels of deck, 2 patios, 4 bed & 4 bath, located on 2.5 acres in the popular Sugarloaf area of lake Shasta. Two minutes walk to the lake, it has 2 master suites with breathtaking views, a fountain, outdoor seating w/ fireplace, pool table, ping pong table, a large screen projector. Only 2.5 miles from I5, restaurants & bar, grocery & gas/ EV.

Our guests have full access to our property! The large 3 level building you see in one of the pictures, is all yours to enjoy during your stay at the Shasta Lake Zen House! All we request is that you be mindful of our neighbors below our property on the hillside. This being a house surrounded by nature, sound travels fast and wide here. Hence keep your volumes low, especially after 9 pm.

And yes, we offer a keyless entry to the house via touchscreen using access codes that we will share with you before your arrival.

We are available for any questions or inputs most of the daytime hours, and we usually respond pretty quickly. You can reach us through the Airbnb app via text messages. If there’s an emergency, please feel free to call us directly and we will do our best to help ASAP.

Shasta lake levels are at an all time low right now due to California drought conditions, but you will still be amazed by the views from this house. No exaggeration, but our property truly enjoys some of the best views in this area! It’s located just two minutes walking distance to the lake and the marina below, but since we are at a slight elevation on the hillside, our rooms and decks and patios enjoy the most expansive views of the lake, the canyon and the surrounding hills, thereby offering a mesmerizing view of the nature all around.

The lower level two bedrooms are connected with a common bathroom and you have to go through one bedroom to get to the other one. The upper level two master suites with Shasta lake views have their own private entrance and bathrooms.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
