🅿️ A few things to note for your stay: 🌊 Shasta Lake water levels vary seasonally and by rainfall. We’re located in the deepest part of the Sacramento Arm, offering great views even when water levels drop. However, lake views may change depending on the season. 🚗 Our property is on a hillside, requiring a short drive up a private road. 🛑 For privacy and safety, please drive slowly on the private road and keep noise levels down after 10 PM. 🏡 Each house has a max occupancy of 12 guests. Our shared activity area is perfect for group gatherings or family activities. 📜 Please respect the house rules provided in the check-in manual. Guests can reach us easily via Airbnb app messages, text, or phone call between 9 AM and 9 PM PST. 📲 Any messages received after 9 PM will be responded to the following day, unless it's an emergency that requires immediate attention. 🚨 We're here to help and ensure you have a great stay! 😊 House Rules: - 🚫 No Parties/Noise: Strictly no parties or noise violations.
