🅿️ A few things to note for your stay: 🌊 Shasta Lake water levels vary seasonally and by rainfall. We’re located in the deepest part of the Sacramento Arm, offering great views even when water levels drop. However, lake views may change depending on the season. 🚗 Our property is on a hillside, requiring a short drive up a private road. 🛑 For privacy and safety, please drive slowly on the private road and keep noise levels down after 10 PM. 🏡 Each house has a max occupancy of 12 guests. Our shared activity area is perfect for group gatherings or family activities. 📜 Please respect the house rules provided in the check-in manual. Guests can reach us easily via Airbnb app messages, text, or phone call between 9 AM and 9 PM PST. 📲 Any messages received after 9 PM will be responded to the following day, unless it's an emergency that requires immediate attention. 🚨 We're here to help and ensure you have a great stay! 😊 House Rules: - 🚫 No Parties/Noise: Strictly no parties or noise violations. Noise monitoring is in place, and fines of $100 per unregistered guest apply for rule-breaking. Small events may be allowed with prior approval. For Unauthorized parties - $1000 penalty. - ⏰Early Check-In: Requires host approval. Booking does not guarantee early check-in. - 🕚 Late Checkout: Must be approved. Staying past 11 AM without approval incurs a full-night charge. - ❌ Respect Required: Rude or disrespectful behavior toward staff may result in reservation termination. - ⚠️ Violations: Smoking, pets, noise complaints, or trash violations may result in fines up to $500 and reservation termination. - ✅ Agreement: By booking, you agree to these rules. 🐾 Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome furry companions!
